We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products, except as required by law.

When you buy an eBook or audiobook from us, it is immediately sent to your email address. Our system cannot reverse this process.

This policy is designed to protect the author and his intellectual property rights.

The only situation where we can issue a refund is if you buy the same digital item twice by mistake. You must request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

If you bought a digital book and can’t find it, please check your email and spam folder.

If you still can’t locate it, please log into your BookFunnel library at my.bookfunnel.com.
